Expert Concierge Services

We can arrange for anything to be overnight shipped to you.  Tell us your Suit size and we will mail a Suit out.  Tell us about missing articles of clothing, consider it mailed.  Do you need a certain item it will be overnight shipped. Do you want a favorite food or snack, we can have it overnight shipped.  There are no limits to what we can do to provide you with excellent Client Service.  Have your plans changed?  Let us know and we will book all arrangements, including, Towncar, Hotel, or Airline Tickets for example.  Do you need Evening Entertainment options, let us know and we will book your tickets for you.

Client Profiles

We keep track of your interests, particular needs and requirements, specific tastes, cabin choices, preferred operator choices, and more.    We ask you to submit any and all information that can help your experience.  We have a profile for you to fill out for each passenger to personalize the experience.   We use this information to provide an unsurpassed perfect flight experience.  We can book Hotels, Airlines, and Town Cars, and more for you.

Confidentiality

We work with Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, and other High Networth individuals.  We also work with people who want absolute confidentiality and strict adherence to anonymity.  All information is kept strictly confidential.  We will never release any of your trip information, Profiles, or anything you use our service for to any government, state, or federal agency, or to any other entity business or interest.   Information is treated at the Top Secret level and is kept off site in a secure facility.  The Database is kept on computers that are not connected in anyway to the internet.  The data on these drives is removed each night and kept in a locked and secure safe.  All receipts and other information generated during the Trip is kept confidential and all operators we select are asked to adhere to a strict level of confidentiality.  In many cases we have Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with Operators and  other businesses.
